SKY BLUE VAN KATTENHEYE

Sky Blue van Kattenheye is a spectacular jumping stallion bythe promising sire Le Blue Diamond van ‘t Ruytershof. Sky Blue van Kattenheye impressed at the stallion approval of Studbook Zangersheide with his scope, fantastic technique and lightning fast reflexes.

Sire Le Blue Diamond van ‘t Ruytershof made his breakthrough at the highest level in 2021. Ridden by Olivier Philippaerts, the son of Plot Blue impresses with his great front end technique, attitude and scope and contributed to the bronze team medal for Belgium at the European Championships in Riesenbeck. Furthermore, Le Blue Diamond van ‘t Ruytershof is bred out of the Grand Prix mare Diamantina van ‘t Ruytershof – the full sister of Olympic stallion Emerald.

Sky Blue van ‘t Kattenheye was then bred out of the mare Eloubet van de Doorndonkhoeve – a half-sister of the 1.50m showjumper Indoktro-K van ‘t Kattenheye. Granddam Aloubet van de Doorndonkhoeve herself jumped at 1.40m level and is also dam of the Zangersheide approved 1.55m jumping stallion Mr Uno-K van ‘t Kattenheye of Nicola Philippaerts, the Z approved Rockit-K van ‘t Kattenheye and the 1.45m jumping horses Jappelou-K van ‘t Kattenheye, Melodie-K van ‘t Kattenheye and Moncherie-K van ‘t Kattenheye.

The extremely talented Sky Blue van ‘t Kattenheye carries the genes of the Grand Prix stallions Kannan, Baloubet du Rouet and Grandeur in his pedigree. All three jumped at the very highest level and contributed very positively to breeding – a great foresight for the complete, promising Sky Blue van Kattenheye.
