DURRANT (WARRANT X VOLTAIRE)

Durrant was overall champion of the kwpn stallion show in 2011 in Den Bosch. His sire Warrant (by Numero Nuo) is very well bred, and is out of the same dam as the international jumper mare Oranta (by Indorad) and Angelique Hoorn. The damline of Warrant produced the very influential stallion Revile (by Courville xx), who was an international jumper himself. At his motherline Durrant has the valuable topsire Voltaire das a damsire. Interesting fact is that the combination of the bloodlines of Numero Uno and Voltaire are proven to be very succesfull. This combination also produced the Grand Prix jumpers Tyson (Leon Thijssen) and Tamino (Marc Houtzager). Durrantans granddam, the mare Cabriola Z, carriers the blood of the successfull Calvin Z, the legendary Zeus and two very influential French stallions; Marinier and Onlyx. Through this combination the bloodline of the worldfamous foundation mare Queteuse, is three times established in Durrantas line, via Juriste, Ukase and Galant de Sartilly. Also the famouns jumpers Itot du Château (Edwina Alexander), Lamm de Fetan (Timothee Anciaume) and Otterongo (Ludo Phillipaerts) have multiple Queteuse bloodlines in their veines. The small family of Durrant delivered numerous succesfull sporthorses, amongts which the Olympic jumper Royal Flash (Zortin) and Thomas Metzger. In 2011 Durrant was also the champion of the kwpn performance test at Stegeren 2011. His first foals will be born in 2012.

Durrant is only available by means of frozen semen.
